Descripción

The Kaufmann Lab (https://www2.hu-berlin.de/biologie/flower/) studies the genomic regulatory basis of flower development and its evolutionary diversification. For this, we generate state-of-the-art -omics data (e.g. single-cell and spatial transcriptomics) that need to be bioinformatically integrated. We focus on transcription factor regulation and their interplay with epigenetic factors.

The lab is located in the center of the vibrant city of Berlin. Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin is defined by its diversity and by the quality of its life science research community.

  • Integration of -omics data and data visualization
  • Document and communicate progress verbally and in written reports/publications
  • Collaborate with experimental researchers on experimental design and data interpretation
  • Teaching and supervising of undergraduate students (Master programme)
